When are you open? When can I pick up the tickets? We are open Monday through Friday from 12 to 17 (noon to 5 PM). On the null day, we will have extended hours from 9 AM to 8 PM. If you purchase online by bank card, there is no need to pick up the tickets. The last day to pick up tickets is the NULL DAY of Sziget.
Where is the office? Where can I pick up my reserved tickets? Our exact address is Budapest, VI district, Andrássy út 76. You will need to ring the door-bell for Interpest.com, and we'll let you in (the office is straight, across the inner-yard).
How can I get there without a car? Its very easy to find. First take the Yellow Underground to Vörösmarty Utca. Once you come out from underground, you will be on Andrássy út, only about 3 minutes from the office. When you arrive at the building, ring the door-bell for Interpest.com, and we'll let you in.
Can I pick up the tickets at the Sziget gate? No. You can buy tickets at the Sziget gate if they are not yet sold out. But your reserved tickets must be picked up at our office. If you do not want to pick up tickets, we recommend that you buy online, and then we can send the tickets to you free of charge (and with insurance). Both ways you can GUARANTEE your entry upon arrival.
Directions to office: from Nyugati Train Station - This is the easiest and shortest route! Take trolly-bus 73 (red, electric bus) to Andrássy út (2 stops, 3 minutes). The bus stops in one of the side streets, so you will need to walk forward to Andrássy út (a wide avenue) and turn left.
Directions to office: from Keleti Train Station - Take trolibus 76 (red, electric bus) to Andrássy út (6 stops, 7 minutes). Andrássy is a wide avenue, so it is easy to find!
Directions to office: from Déli Train Station - Take Red Metro (M2) to Deák Tér (3 stops, 5 minutes), transfer to Yellow Metro (M1) and go to Vörösmarty Utca (4 stops, 4 minutes).
Directions to office: from Népliget Bus Station - Take Blue Metro (M3) to Deák Tér (6 stops, 9 minutes), transfer to Yellow Metro (M1) and go to Vörösmarty Utca (4 stops, 4 minutes).
Directions to office: from Ferihegy Airport by mass transport - This is the cheapest, but its a fairly long ride (about 45 minutes). See below for a faster, more expensive alternative. Take bus 93 (Reptér-busz) to its final station (20 minutes), then transfer to Metro 3 (blue line) which you should take to Deák Tér (10 stops, 15 minutes). There continue on Metro 1 (yellow line) to Vörösmarty Utca (4 stops, 4 minutes).
Directions to office: from Ferihegy Airport by taxi - When you order a taxi upon arrival, keep in mind, that you have two options. The Airport Minibus is around 3000 HUF per person, so that is best if you are coming alone. But for more than one person, you should order a taxi with the special "Airport Transfer" price - that is around 4000 HUF per taxi.
Directions to Sziget: We will have maps and detailed info at our office to help you find the festival.
Please note: Although the mass transit tickets look like they are valid for more than one trip, this is not the case. You can only use the tickets once, and you must validate a new one when you transfer lines.
